 (b)      On January 22, 2021, Sarah Personette resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Ms. Personette, who has served on the Board since February 2016, was a Class I director with a term expiring at the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the time of her resignation, Ms. Personette served as a member of the Compensation and Development Committee of the Board and as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. Ms. Personette’s resignation is not due to any disagreements with the Company.

 

 

 

On January 25, 2021, following the resignation of Ms. Personette, the Board decreased the size of the Board to five (5) members.
