Other Events.
 
On June 13, 2024, the Board of Directors of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share to be paid on July 11, 2024, to all holders of record of issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on June 27, 2024.
 
On June 13, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing the quarterly dividend. A copy of the press release has been filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

 

 

ST. LOUIS (June 13, 2024) Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (NYSE: BBW) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the issued and outstanding common stock of the company. The dividend will be paid on July 11, 2024, to all stockholders of record as of June 27, 2024.
